"Bones" is my hand carved, articulated wooden skeleton cowboy (playing a guitar!) that I purchased in Mexico 35 years ago -- he has posed for six still life paintngs since last winter and I'm having SO much FUN deciding what's next!  I can't stop painting him in different scenes, partly because of his crazy facial expression, his movable arms and legs and his giant, graceful feet!  In my last painting of him he has moved outdoors to do a little plein air painting with lots of color on his palate -- his snake pal in the background has a halo because I believe all animals are sacred and the snake represents transformation which is so exciting to all of us.   Let me know if you have any creative ideas about where Bones could be next!
